Make change to Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2015 No. 622 "Some questions of implementation of public procurements of medicines and medical products with involvement of the specialized organizations conducting procurement" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 69, Art. 2260; 2016, No. 68, Art. 2305; 2018, to Art. No. 28 1002), having stated subitem 5 in the following edition:

"5) marking of the goods which are subject to purchase by results of the procurement procedure which is carried out by the specialized organization which conducts procurement according to the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases" in pursuance of the purchase agreement between the Ministry of Health and the relevant specialized organization conducting procurement, and also writing of the instruction about use of such goods can be performed both in state language, and in original language - in any language, excellent from state. In case of implementation of marking of such goods and writing of the instruction about their application in original language the Ministry of Health can provide the organization of transfer of the instruction about use of goods in state language.".
