Some questions of implementation of purchases of medicines, medical products with involvement of the specialized organizations conducting procurement

According to Item "About public purchases" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 19 parts five of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve the Procurement procedure of medicines, medical products with involvement of the specialized organizations conducting procurement which is applied.

2. Determine that the specialized organizations conducting procurements in the directions of use of means according to budget programs 2301400 "Providing medical actions of separate state programs and complex actions of program nature" and 2301040 "Public health and measures of fight against epidemics", chosen by the Ministry of Health before entry into force of this resolution conduct procurement of medicines, medical products, other goods and services before full completion of the bargains on purchase concluded with such specialized organizations.

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of implementation of purchases of medicines, medical products with involvement of the specialized organizations conducting procurement through the means provided to the Ministry of Health in the government budget for accomplishment of programs and implementation of centralized actions for health protection.
