About approval of Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine
According to article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About free legal assistance" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in compliance with the Law of Ukraine of July 3, 2018 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning creation of economic premises for strengthening of protection of the right of the child to proper maintenance" I ORDER to No. 2475-VIII:
1. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which are attached.
2. To the coordination center for rendering legal assistance (Bonyuk A. P.) provide submission of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Smachilo I. V.
