About approval of requirements to authorized bank of the market of electrical energy
According to Item "About the market of electrical energy" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 2 parts three of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine:
1. Approve requirements to authorized bank of the market of electrical energy which are attached.
2. To the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry in a month from the date of entry into force of this resolution to provide in accordance with the established procedure to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine offers concerning determination of the list of the authorized banks conforming to the requirements approved by this resolution.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item 3, which becomes effective since July 1, 2019.
