About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

2. To the Ministry of economic development and trade to approve procedure for maintaining the register of programs of sector budget support of the European Union in three-months time.

1. According to the procedure of preparation, execution and carrying out monitoring of programs of sector budget support of the European Union in Ukraine, No. 841 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 15, 2010 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 70, Art. 2517; 2013, No. 13, Art. 492):
1) in Item 2:
in paragraph five of the word "method of accomplishment of technical assistance programs of the EU" shall be replaced with words "the instrument of provision of the external help of the EU";
add Item with paragraphs of the following content:
"the body, responsible for preparation of the program, - the central public authority responsible for realization of state policy in the respective sphere which initiates process of the conclusion of the relevant agreement on financing with the EU or is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, responsible for its conclusion;
the interested bodies and the organizations - the bodies and the organizations interested in accomplishment of programs of sectoral budget support including the central public authorities, the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the European Commission, the lead scientific institutions, other companies, organizations and the organizations;
