1. Approve criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of the economic activity which is subject to licensing in the field of rendering services and performance of works of fire-proof appointment according to the list which is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is estimated and frequency of implementation of planned actions of the state supervision (control) by Public service for emergency situations which are applied is established.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 4, 2018 No. 246 "About approval of criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of the economic activity which is subject to licensing in the field of rendering services and performance of works of fire-proof appointment according to the list which is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is estimated and frequency of implementation of planned actions of the state supervision (control) by Public service for emergency situations is established" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 31, the Art. 1093).
