1. Transfer to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of tourism and tourist activities, on coordination of sales activity of the priority directions of state regulation of tourist activities in the Russian Federation, and also on implementation of the state supervision of activities of tour operators and merging of tour operators in the field of outbound tourism.

2. Determine that the Federal Tourism Agency is under authority of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of 21.01.2020 No. 21

4. To the government of the Russian Federation:

a) provide the solution of the organizational, financial, material and other matters connected with implementation of this Decree;

b) in 6-month time to bring the acts into accord with this Decree.
