RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

About approval of criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity is estimated and frequency of implementation of planned actions of the state supervision (control) in the field of technogenic and fire safety by Public service is determined by emergency situations

(as amended of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 16.12.2022 No. 1395)

According to part two of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity is estimated and frequency of implementation of planned actions of the state supervision (control) in the field of technogenic and fire safety by Public service is determined by emergency situations which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2017 No. 1043 "About approval of criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity is estimated and frequency of implementation of planned actions of the state supervision (control) in the field of technogenic and fire safety is determined by Public service of emergency situations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 3, the Art. 128).
