About modification of the Procedure for maintaining the State land cadastre

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for maintaining the State land cadastre approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 17, 2012 No. 1051 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 89, Art. 3598; 2013, No. 80, Art. 2975; 2015, No. 46, Art. 1472, No. 79, Art. 2650; 2016, No. 2, Art. 102, No. 25, Art. 992; 2017, No. 9, the Art. 280, No. 51, the Art. 1569), changes which are applied.

2. To provide to the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food together with Public service of geodesy, cartography and inventory development and deployment of the software as a part of the State land cadastre necessary for implementation of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective in six months from the date of its publication, except Item 2, which becomes effective from the date of its publication.
