About modification and amendments in Rules of implementation of leasing activities
Based on the paragraph of the forty eighth of Article 26 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Rules of implementation of leasing activities approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of August 18, 2014 No. 526 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 02.09. 2014, 8/29069; 30.08. 2016, 8/31225), changes and amendments, having been reworded as follows them it (is applied).
2. Determine that the agreements of finance lease (leasing) signed before entry into force of this resolution are not subject to reduction in compliance with requirements of this resolution and are effective before execution by the parties of all obligations assumed on them.
3. This resolution becomes effective in three months after its official publication.
