About approval of Rules of implementation of leasing activities
Based on part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus, the paragraph of the fourth No. 99 "About questions of regulation of leasing activities" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of subitem 1.13 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2014
1. Approve Rules of implementation of leasing activities (are applied).
2. Determine that the agreements of finance lease (leasing) signed before entry into force of this resolution, subleasing and purchase and sale (delivery) of the property acquired for the subsequent transfer as the subject of the agreement of finance lease (leasing) are not subject to reduction in compliance with requirements of the Rules of implementation of leasing activities approved by this resolution and are effective before execution by the parties of obligations assumed on them.
3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2014.
