According to article 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 5, 2016 "About state regulation of foreign trade activity" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 124

1. Determine that from October 4, 2018 to April 4, 2019:

1.1. the temporary ban on export from the Republic of Belarus out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of flax fiber * (code of 5301 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union), occurring from the territory of the Republic of Belarus is effective, in case of its room under customs procedures of export, temporary export, outward processing and re-export **;
