the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2004 No. 390 "About approval of total number of staff of the Public special service of transport and determination of the locations of its divisions".

"Features of creation and functioning of security service of traffic as authorized body (division) of the Ministry of Defence, Administration of State special transservice, GSChS, Head department of National guard, National police, Administration of State frontier service, Administration of Gosspetssvyaz are determined according to the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Administration of Gosspetssvyaz.".
