About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 2010 No. 102
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 2010 No. 102 "Questions of import to customs area of Ukraine of goods within the international treaties (agreements) of Ukraine ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning space activities concerning creation of the space equipment without payment of import duty and the value added tax" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 9, Art. 444; 2012, No. 9, Art. 324; 2013, No. 98, the Art. 3611) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 22, 2018 No. 742
1. In the resolution:
1) in Item 1:
in paragraph three of the word and figures "till January 1, 2015" shall be replaced with words also in figures "till January 1, 2018", and the word to "appendix" the word and in figure to "appendix 1";
add Item with the paragraph of such content:
"limiting amounts of goods which are imported on customs area of Ukraine by subjects of space activities - residents within the international treaties (agreements) of Ukraine ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning space activities concerning creation of the space equipment without the tax discharge on value added till January 1, 2023, according to appendix 2.";
2) in appendix to the resolution:
replace the word "Appendix" with the word and figure "Appendix 1";
to state the name of appendix 1 in the following edition:
"Amounts of goods which are imported on customs area of Ukraine by subjects of space activities - residents within the international treaties (agreements) of Ukraine ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning space activities concerning creation of the space equipment without payment of duty and the value added tax till January 1, 2018";
3) to add the resolution with appendix 2, which is applied.
2. According to the procedure of import to customs area of Ukraine by subjects of space activities - residents of goods within the international treaties (agreements) of Ukraine ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning space activities concerning creation of the space equipment without payment of import duty, approved by the specified resolution:
And figures "till January 1, 2015" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1 of the word also in figures "till January 1, 2018";
Paragraph two of item 4 to state 2) in the following edition:
"The report form affirms GFS".
