About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out the sea scientific research connected with oil operations at the sea and internal reservoirs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the valid law, of July 28, 1995 N 2351 "About oil" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for carrying out the sea scientific research connected with oil operations at the sea and internal reservoirs of the Republic of Kazakhstan it (is applied).
2. Determine Competent authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan by carrying out the scientific research connected with oil operations at the sea and internal reservoirs, the Ministry of the oil and gas industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Charge to the Ministry of the oil and gas industry to develop and approve together with the Ministry of ecology and bioresources of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Instruction for observance of regulations of ecological safety when designing and carrying out oil operations in the water area and coastal zones of the seas and internal reservoirs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
