Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 5, 1996 No. 693 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out the sea scientific research connected with oil operations at the sea and internal reservoirs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996, No. 26, the Art. 219).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
