1. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming, storage and destruction of the isolated electronic data obtained by results of work of information systems in the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine which is applied.
1) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 12, 2006 No. 357 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for forming, storage and destruction of electronic archives in the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 03, 2006 for No. 1089/12963;
2) subitem 1.25 of Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 08, 2010 No. 457 "About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine", No. 1249/18544 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 13, 2010.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine of Cold S. V.
