About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to to Articles 7, 15, 40, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", in connection with adoption of the Laws of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning use of seals by legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs", "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning increase in level of corporate management in joint-stock companies", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes in:

1) the Regulations on clearing houses for presentation of bills of exchange to payment approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 25, 2001 No. 403, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 05, 2001 for No. 934/6125 (with changes) which are applied;

2) Regulations on procedure for accomplishment by banks of documents for transfer, the forced write-off and arrest of means in foreign currencies and bank metals approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 28, 2008 No. 216, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 1, 2008 for No. 910/15601 (with changes) which are applied.

2. Bring in Chapter 5 of the Regulations on procedure of transactions with checks in foreign currency in the territory of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 29, 2000 No. 520, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 21, 2001 for No. 152/5343 (with changes) the following changes:
