About modification of the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of Public service of migration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 11, 2015 No. 854

1. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of Public service of migration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 11, 2015 No. 854 the following change:

in Regulations on Public service of migration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated Resolution:

- to add the subitem 2 of Item 6 with paragraphs the sixth and seventh the following content:

"-within the competence assists in implementation of actions for execution of recommendations of the international bodies about human rights and preparation of periodic reports in the international bodies on human rights;

- within the competence takes part in submission of national periodic reports of the Kyrgyz Republic on accomplishment of provisions of international treaties of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of human rights;".

2. This Resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
