About questions of Public service of migration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of implementation of the Resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic "About structure of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 5, 2015 No. 11-VI, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
- Regulations on Public service of migration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
- the scheme of management of Public service of migration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
2. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Center of employment of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad under the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 25, 2012 No. 317 the following changes:
- in the name and in Item 1 of the word "About the Center of Employment of Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic Abroad under the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "About the Information and advisory center of Public service of migration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";
- state preamble in the following edition:
