About modification of the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 411 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 73, Art. 2066; 2016, No. 85, Art. 2777; 2018, No. 31, the Art. 1090), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine "About electronic confidential services".

Changes which are made to Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine

1. To state paragraph two of the subitem 2 of Item 3 in the following edition:

"state policy in spheres of electronic document management (regarding information security of state bodies and local government bodies), electronic identification (with use of electronic confidential services), electronic confidential services (regarding establishment of requirements for safety and information security by provision and use of electronic confidential services, control of observance of requirements of the legislation in the field of electronic confidential services);".
