In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 12, 2018, and also for the purpose of ensuring efficiency of customs control, simplification of customs procedures in case of registration of the goods and vehicles staying on customs area of the Republic of Uzbekistan road, railway and air transport, the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. UP-5414 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of Activities of Bodies of the State Customs Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan":
1. Approve:
the list of the information provided to bodies of the State Customs Service in case of preliminary electronic informing on the goods and vehicles staying on customs area of the Republic of Uzbekistan road, railway and air transport according to appendix No. 1;
the scheme of implementation of the procedure of preliminary electronic informing bodies of the State Customs Service on the goods and vehicles staying on customs area of the Republic of Uzbekistan road, railway and air transport according to appendix No. 2.
2. Determine that the carriers or owners of goods or persons having powers concerning goods can send preliminary electronic information about goods and vehicles to information system of customs authorities by means of telecommunication network:
in one hour prior to crossing of customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan road transport;
in two hours prior to arrival on customs area of the Republic of Uzbekistan of rail transport;
in two hours prior to arrival of air transport on customs area of the Republic of Uzbekistan - when implementing route of big extent;
at the time of rise of air transport - when implementing route of small extent.
