Rules of transfer of the state secrets and their carriers to foreign states and (or) international organizations

1. These rules of transfer of the state secrets and their carriers to foreign states and (or) the international organizations (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 9) of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state secrets" and determine procedure for transfer by state bodies of the state secrets and their carriers (further - the state secrets) to foreign states and (or) the international organizations.

2. In these rules transfer of the state secrets to foreign states and (or) the international organizations is understood as their bringing to foreign state or the international organization in the official way.

3. Transfer of the state secrets is performed according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the presence of the expert opinion of authorized state body on protection of the state secrets (further - authorized body) about opportunity and feasibility of their transfer if other is not provided by the international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.
