About modification of the Regulations on the procedure of repatriation of children and adults - the victims of human trafficking, persons which are in difficult situation and also children without maintenance

The government DECIDES:

In Regulations on the procedure of repatriation of children and adults - the victims of human trafficking, persons which are in difficult situation, and also children without maintenance, approved by the Order of the Government No. 948/2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 152-153, 949), to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the word "Ministry of Health" and "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in the corresponding grammatical form;

2) in Item 2:

in the concept "person which is in difficult situation" the text "person is more senior 18 years revealed and having the status confirmed with bodies of the public assistance which cannot return" to replace with the text "the citizen of the Republic of Moldova or the stateless person having the residences in the Republic of Moldova which reached 18-year age which were identified and transferred to the diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Moldova by official requests of social security authorities and/or medical care of the country of destination confirming inability of person to return";

add Item with the concept "repatriation" of the following content:

"repatriation - package of measures, the undertaken competent authorities of the country of destination and origin for the purpose of return to country of source of person which is the victim of human trafficking, person which is in difficult situation or the children who are in the territory of foreign states without parents or legal representatives";

3) Item 50-1 after the word "person" to add with the word "additional", and after the word "repatriations" to add with the words "with assistance of attendants/attendants";
