1. Approve Regulations on the procedure of repatriation of children and adults - the victims of human trafficking, persons which are in difficult situation, and also children without maintenance it (is applied).
2. To provide to the central industry bodies of public management implementation of requirements of the Regulations on the procedure of repatriation of children and adults - the victims of human trafficking, persons which are in difficult situation and also children without maintenance.
3. Allocate to the Ministry of Finance annually, since 2009 fiscal years, budget resources for repatriation of persons according to the above-stated Provision.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on National committee on fight against human trafficking.
