In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 7, 2017, and also for the purpose of expansion of powers and to increase in independence of public authorities on places, the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. UP-4947 "About the Strategy of Actions for Further Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan":
1. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and departments in two-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov.

1. "About streamlining of use of office passenger vehicles in the organizations financed from the budget" to state Item 9 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 2, 1999 to No. 154 in the following edition:
"9. Determine that acquisition or attraction on hiring of vehicles for office use within the set limits is performed by the organizations financed from:
the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan - only in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
the budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local budgets of areas and the city of Tashkent - only under approval according to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent.
