1. Approve the Procedure for issue of permissions to operate of the equipment with certain levels of influence of physical and biological factors on condition of atmospheric air, carrying out payment of these works and accounting of the companies, organizations, organizations and citizens - entrepreneurs who got such permissions (is applied).
2. To the ministry of protection of the surrounding environment:
in coordination with the Ministry of Health till January 1, 2003 to develop and approve the Instruction about general requirements on document creation for obtaining by the companies, organizations, organizations and citizens - entrepreneurs of permissions to operate of the equipment with certain levels of influence, physical and biological factors on condition of atmospheric air;
in coordination with the Ministry of Economy and European Integration to determine till June 1, 2002 the list and cost of the works connected with development of documents for receipt of permissions to operate of the equipment with certain levels of influence of physical and biological factors on condition of atmospheric air;
