About modification and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In Regulations on the procedure for maintaining the state inventory of fauna approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 15 in 1994 No. 772 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 1, the Art. 27):

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 3 of the word "Minleskhoza, Gosrybkhozprom" "Goslesagentstva, Gosrybagentstva";

Item 5 to state 2) in such edition:

"5. The organization of maintaining the state inventory of fauna, coordination of the activities connected with accomplishment of cadastral works is performed by Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations. The state control of quality and accuracy of the data which join in the specified inventory is performed by State ecoinspectorate and its territorial authorities.";
