1. Approve Regulations on implementation by authorized banks of control of carrying out by residents and nonresidents to whom special sanctions according to article 37 of the Law of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity", currency transactions through these banks which is applied are applied.
2. To department of currency exchange control and licensing (S. O. Bragin) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to permission of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks for management and use in work.
