About support of the organizations of agro-industrial complex

For the purpose of increase in overall performance of the organizations of agro-industrial complex I decide:

1. Offset losses (to compensate, pay percent) banks and JSC Development Bank Republic of Belarus (further – Development bank) on the loans granted within presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendices 1 and 2), during the period determined in the paragraph the second subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of this Decree, but which is not exceeding the term specified in appendices 1 and 2, in case of observance in total of the following conditions:

the loans were granted on financing of implementation of state programs and actions in agro-industrial complex and on them compensation of losses (compensation, interest payment) of banks and Development bank (further – compensation of losses of banks and Development bank) according to the presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus called in appendices 1 and 2 was performed;

terms of return (repayment) of the credits are prolonged in connection with delay (payment by installments) granted according to part one of subitem 2.6 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2014 to No. 348 "About measures for increase in overall performance of the organizations of agro-industrial complex" (further – delay (payment by installments).

2. Determine that:

2.1. compensation of losses of banks and Development bank on the credits determined in Item 1 of this Decree (further, unless otherwise specified, – the credits), is performed:
