According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 23, 2018 No. UP-5446 "About Measures for Radical Increase in Efficiency of Use of Budgetary Funds and Enhancement of Mechanisms of Fight against Economic Crimes", resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 30, 2018 No. PP-3643 "About measures for further enhancement of accreditation system of conformity assessment bodies" and of July 3, 2018 No. PP-3832 "About measures for development of digital economy in the Republic of Uzbekistan", and also for the purpose of uninterrupted providing industries of economy and the population with coal during the autumn and winter period of 2018-2019 and proper control of agro-industrial complex and ensuring food security:
1. Make changes and addition to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
2. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov, the head of Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Z. Sh. Nizomiddinov and the first deputy adviser to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. M. Mavlonov.
