1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 7, 2008 No. 116 "About approval of Rules of appointment, payment and the sizes of the state grants by the student in the organizations of education" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 7, the Art. 67) the following changes:

in Rules of appointment, payment and the sizes of the state grants to students in the organizations of education approved by the specified resolution:

"3. The state grant is appointed and paid to the students, interns, undergraduates, doctoral candidates, listeners of residency, students of preparatory departments of the organizations of the higher and (or) postgraduate education who are studying full-time in the organizations of education for the state educational order.";

state Item 19 in the following edition:

"19. To students of preparatory departments of the organizations of the higher and (or) postgraduate education the size of the state grant is established at the level of 85 (eighty five) percent from the size of monthly state grant of the students studying in the organizations of education realizing educational programs of the higher education.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
