1. Approve the enclosed Rules of appointment, payment and the sizes of the state grants as the student in the organizations of education.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing and is subject to official publication.

Rules of appointment, payment and sizes of the state grants

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of appointment, payment and the sizes of the state grants (further – Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About education" (further – the Law) and determine procedure for appointment and payment, and also the sizes of the state grants.

2. The state grants are appointed and paid to the students, interns, undergraduates, doctoral candidates, resident doctors, students of preparatory departments of the organizations of the higher and (or) postgraduate education who are studying full-time in the organizations of education for the state educational order (further – receivers).

3. These rules do not extend much appointments and payments of the grants established by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also the state scholarships established by authorized body in the field of science and the higher education.
