About modification of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About improvement and rest of children" concerning expansion of categories of the children requiring special social attention and support

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. The paragraph the fourteenth parts one of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About improvement and rest of children" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2008, No. 45, Art. 313; 2017, No. 30, Art. 326; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of June 19, 2018 No. 2462-VIII) to state in the following edition:

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective in three months from the date of its publication, except Item 2 of this Section which becomes effective from the date of publication of this Law.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of publication of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
