According to the Convention on international civil aviation, part two of Article 246 of the Customs code of Ukraine, No. 451 "Omission questions through frontier of persons, automobile, water, railway and air vehicles of the carriers and goods moved with them" and to the Procedure for customs clearance of military equipment, including military vehicles which cross customs border of Ukraine, No. approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2003 63, I ORDER to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012:

1. Approve the Procedure for accomplishment of customs formalities on air transport which is applied.

2. Recognize invalid orders of the State Customs Service of Ukraine:

of April 6, 2004 No. 240 "About approval of the Instruction about the organization of customs control and customs clearance of aircrafts of the carriers and goods moved with these courts", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 23, 2004 for No. 522/9121 (with changes);

of February 18, 2006 No. 137 "About approval of Rules of application of the simplified procedure of customs control of the objects moved with citizens who follow by air", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 1, 2006 for No. 217/12091.

3. To the public fiscal service of Ukraine to finish the corresponding software modules of the automated system of customs clearance "Inspector".
