According to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the form of the Tax declaration of rather rent payment approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 17, 2015 No. 719, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 3, 2015 for No. 1051/27496 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 7, 2016 No. 927) which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 17, 2012 No. 1001 "About approval of form of Tax calculation for rent payment for oil, natural gas and gas condensate, got in Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 15, 2012 for No. 1733/22045.

3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective since February 12, 2019, but not earlier than day of its official publication.

5. I reserve control of execution of this order and I assign to the acting as the Chairman of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine M. V Is sold.
