According to Item 46.5 of Article 46 of Chapter 2 of the Section ІІ the Tax code of Ukraine and the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 08, 2011 No. 446, I ORDER:
1. To Utverditform of Tax calculation for rent payment for oil, natural gas and gas condensate, got in Ukraine which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of December 24, 2010 No. 1012 "About approval of form of Tax calculation for rent payment for oil, natural gas and gas condensate which are extracted in Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 20, 2011 for No. 82/18820.
3. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.), to Department of the taxation of legal entities of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Pavelko L. G.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:
submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
4. To the State Tax Service of Ukraine (Klimenko O. V.):
in three-day time after registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide development of algorithms of control for acceptance and the automated processing of Tax calculation for rent payment for oil, natural gas and gas condensate which are got in Ukraine;
