About approval of form of Tax calculation for rent payment for oil, natural gas and gas condensate which are extracted in Ukraine

According to Item 46.5 of Article 46 of the Section II and Item 260.3 of Article 260 of the Section X of the Tax code of Ukraine, article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State Tax Service in Ukraine" I ORDER:

1. Approve form of Tax calculation for rent payment for oil, the natural gas and gas condensate extracted in Ukraine which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of 28.12.2005 N 610 "About approval of form of tax calculation of rent payment for the extracted oils, natural gas and gas condensate", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.01.2006 for N 31/11905.

3. To department of administration of the income tax and other taxes and fees (obligatory payments) (Hotsyanovskaya) N. V. in accordance with the established procedure:

3.1 submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

3.2 provide bringing the order to permission of taxpayers.

4. To department of information and analytical ensuring processes of the taxation (Laba) of M.S. to develop the corresponding software of computer data processing of Tax calculation for rent payment for oil, natural gas and gas condensate which are got in Ukraine, according to the procedure and the terms determined for creation of information systems.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman Lyubchenko O. M.
