About approval of Rules about safety of deliveries of electrical energy
According to article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy", I order to the Regulations on the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 29, 2017 No. 208, to Regulations on the State inspection of energy supervision of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 14, 2018 No. 77, for the purpose of establishment of the minimum criteria of safety of delivery of electrical energy:
1. Approve Rules about safety of deliveries of electrical energy which are attached.
2. To department of electrical power complex (Novikov E. V.) provide:
submission of this Order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;
promulgation of this Order on the official website of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry;
promulgation annually till July 31 on the official website of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of the Report on results of monitoring of safety of delivery of electrical energy.
3. This Order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this Order on the deputy minister Korzun A. V.
