About approval of Changes in Regulations on the Commission on questions of consideration of materials about recognition by combatants in the Public fiscal service of Ukraine

According to the Law of Ukraine "About features of state policy on ensuring the state sovereignty of Ukraine in temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions", to the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" and to the Procedure for provision and deprivation of participant status of fighting to persons who protected independence sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out or in implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, ensuring their implementation, to No. 413 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 (with changes), I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on the Commission on questions of consideration of materials about recognition by combatants in the Public fiscal service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 14, 2016 No. 957, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 30, 2016 for No. 1553/29683, which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
