According to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection", to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 13, 1995 No. 16 "About application of Item 2 of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" and to the Procedure for provision of participant status of fighting to persons who protected independence sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out, to No. 413 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 (with changes), I order:

1. Approve Regulations on the Commission on questions of consideration of materials about recognition by combatants in the Public fiscal service of Ukraine which are applied.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Romaniuk Yu. P.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine Nasirov R. M.
