1. Make change and addition to the General technical regulation about safety of the wheel vehicles released No. approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 25, 2017 237, according to appendix.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan N. S. Otazhonov and the CEO of the Uzstandart Agency D. N. Sattarov.

Appendix

to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 13, 2018 No. 824

The change and amendment brought in the General technical regulation about safety of the wheel vehicles released

1. Add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:

"categories sq.m and M3, the imported legal entities realizing actions within development programs of the sphere of tourism or according to the petition of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on tourism development, heads of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent".

2. In the paragraph the twenty first Item 3 of the word "physical person" shall be replaced with words "physical person or legal entity".
