About modification and amendments in Rules of maintaining open foreign exchange position
According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "About currency control" the Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:
1. Make changes and additions to the Rules of maintaining open foreign exchange position approved by the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 28, 2005 No. 610 (рег. No. 1497 of July 15, 2005) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, Art. No. 28-29, 215), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
