1. Approve Regulations on procedure for cancellation of registration of release (releases) for shares of corporate investment fund it (is applied).
2. To provide to the chief of staff of State commission on securities and the stock market (further - the Chief of staff of the Commission):
submission on state registration of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
publication of this decision according to the current legislation.
3. The decision becomes effective according to the current legislation.
4. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the Chief of staff of the Commission.
