The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of mass media and social protection of journalists" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 50, Art. 302; 2002, No. 29, Art. 20, No. 50, Art. 368; 2015, 6, the Art. 40) after part two to add No. with new part of such content:

"In the territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions where public authorities of Ukraine perform the powers, separate rates for acceptance and delivery of domestic periodic printing editions on subscription which are delivered to the territories of these areas are established".

With respect thereto third to consider part part four.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, and affects temporarily term of five years from the date of its introduction in force.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and acceptance by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts according to this Law.
