About approval of the Regulations on the Center of preparation and retraining of specialists of Civil protection under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of providing actions in the field of Civil protection, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Civil protection" and articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on the Center of preparation and retraining of specialists of Civil protection under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. Declare invalid Item 2 of the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Center of preparation and retraining of specialists of Civil protection under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 9, 2011 No. 35.

3. This Resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
