About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for provision of money in the form of the credit and their return (repayment)

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for provision of money in the form of the credit and their return (repayment) approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2018 No. 149 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.04. 2018, 8/32980), following changes and amendments:

in the paragraph the sixteenth Item 2 the word is "transferred" shall be be replaced with words "and (or) the term of complete return (repayment) of the credit are transferred";

in Item 7:

to exclude the paragraph of the seventh part one;

add Item with part three of the following content:

"The insurance premiums paid by bank according to the insurance contract of risk of non-return (default) and (or) delay of return (repayment) of the credit are not payments for use of the credit and can not join in interest rate for use of the credit.";

to exclude the word of "parts" from Item 16 part three;

in the column "Condition" of appendix to this Instruction:
