2. Approve:

The technological instruction for ensuring timely updating of information and smooth functioning of the interactive service "The Integrated Rate", according to appendix No. 1;

The list of the information entered by the authorized ministries, departments and the organizations provided within the interactive service "The Integrated Rate" according to appendix No. 2.

3. Determine that:

provision of information within the interactive service "The Integrated Rate" is performed in real time on free basis;
