About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of civil aviation

For the purpose of increase in effectiveness and performance excellence of functions of certification and supervision of safety of flights in civil aviation, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Agency of civil aviation under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 15, 2010 No. 10 the following changes:

- in the name and in Items 1 and 2 to replace the word of "communications" with the word of "roads";

in Regulations on the Agency of civil aviation under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated Resolution:

- in the name and in all text of the word of "communications" and "коммуникациялар" shall be replaced with words "roads" and "zholdor" respectively;

- in Item 6.3:

add with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"-publishes according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and this Provision obligatory for execution in system of the Agency of the instruction, procedure for certification and inspection of aircrafts and airlines of civil aviation, methodical instructions for servicing of aircrafts and its aggregates, reference books and other departmental acts regarding implementation of standards of recommended practice of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO);";
