About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also of some decisions of the Supreme Eurasian economic council and Council of the Eurasian economic commission concerning separate types of organic chemical compounds

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and item 4 of appendix №1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of line item according to appendix No. 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of line item according to appendix No. 2;

c) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 3;

d) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 30C of the following content:

"30C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of October 22, 2018 No. 69 till December 31, 2020 inclusive.".
